  • Booking Sessions: You may book individual or group tutoring sessions through our platform. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Session Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made 4 hours in advance for a full refund. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for further details.

  • Tutoring Code of Conduct: Tutors and students must adhere to appropriate behavior during sessions. Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of your account.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Pricing: All fees for our Services are outlined by our phone representatives. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

  • Payment Terms: Payments for sessions or packages must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for sessions that have already occurred, provided that the service was delivered and met our quality standards.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GradeBoostNow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal activities.

  • Access or use the Services for any competitive purpose or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
